• No Watermarks: Exported PNG images do not contain mandatory watermarks or brand attribution requirements.

3. Intellectual Property & Software Rights

The BracketCard software, layout algorithms, website source code, design elements, logo, and visual themes are the intellectual property of BracketCard. You may not reverse-engineer, clone, resell, or re-package the BracketCard web application as a paid product without explicit written consent.

• Generate cards containing unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or hateful content.
